Please read these Terms of Use for the "Virtual Scoreboard" service (hereinafter referred to as the Terms) carefully.
General Provisions
The "Virtual Scoreboard" service (hereinafter referred to as the Service) provides users with information about the movement of passenger vehicles operated by Minsktrans State Enterprise:
estimated actual arrival time of vehicles at stops, which is also automatically displayed on information boards installed at public transport stops in Minsk;
current timetable for the present day;
selected route corridor;
location of vehicles operating on the selected route displayed on an electronic map.
A user of the "Virtual Scoreboard" service (hereinafter referred to as the User) is an individual who accesses and uses the Service through a web interface (web browser).
The Service is provided free of charge to the User.
By using the "Virtual Scoreboard" service, the User agrees to these Terms of Use.
Information about Rights Holders and Information Owners
The owner of the information provided through the "Virtual Scoreboard" service (hereinafter referred to as the Owner) is Minsktrans State Enterprise.

Use of the Service
All information provided by the Service is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use by the User and is provided free of charge.
Information provided through the Service may not be copied and published on other websites on the Internet.
Information provided through the Service may not be used in other software products or applications. Automated extraction of information is prohibited.
The User must not attempt to interfere with the operation of the Service or gain access to data bypassing the standard interface.
Copyright Protection
Use of the Service does not imply acquisition by the User of rights to:
intellectual property;
the Service itself;
information provided by the Service.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" basis in accordance with internationally accepted practice. The User uses the Service at their own risk. The Owner shall not be liable for service interruptions, data loss, damage, or any other losses related to the use of the Service.
The Owner may, at its sole discretion:
modify, add, or remove Service functionality;
suspend or terminate operation of the Service;
restrict access for specific users.
Commercial Use of the Service
Use of information for commercial purposes is prohibited.
About These Terms of Use
The User is solely responsible for complying with the laws of the Republic of Belarus when using the Service.
If the User is suspected of violating these Terms, the Owner may suspend or completely terminate the User's access.
Violation of the terms of use of the "Virtual Scoreboard" service entails liability in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
Violation of Rules
The Owner reserves the right to amend and supplement these Terms without prior notice to users. Users are encouraged to revisit this page periodically to stay informed about any changes.
